Terms
The terms that apply when you order from us.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, or a price has been listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and include no hidden fees. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. Any sales tax due is calculated and shown before you pay.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we will replace it or refund it.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, unused and with packaging, free of charge within the United States. This sits alongside your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Warranty
Pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered. We repair where a repair is sensible and replace where it is not.
Intellectual property
The LORASEN name, designs, photography and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are subject to its courts.
