What we collect
This site is not currently accepting orders or payments. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. If you ask for collection notes, we receive your email address. Our hosting service may process technical information when you browse, such as browser, device and requested pages.
Why we use it
To answer your messages and, if you have requested collection notes, to send occasional letters about the collection. No new payment or delivery information is collected while sales are closed.
Who we share it with
The providers needed to host this site and deliver your messages and collection-note requests, including our email service. We do not sell your contact information. Checkout-specific information will be provided before sales open.
Cookies
The current site has no active shopping cart or payment checkout. Retired cart data is removed from this site's browser storage where storage access is permitted. Browser settings let you restrict cookies and storage used by hosting services.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it, which you can do from any letter we send.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@lorasen.com and we will respond within thirty days.
